Barcelona City Tour

GPS is including the Barcelona City Tour for all guests.
Immerse yourself in the creative vision of Antoni Gaudí with a visit to Casa Batlló, one of Barcelona’s most celebrated architectural icons. Discover its extraordinary interiors, from the refined Noble Floor to the airy attic and the vibrant rooftop, each space reflecting Gaudí’s distinctive imagination and attention to detail.

The group will then briefly return to the hotel before continuing to the Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau. Designed by Lluís Domènech i Montaner and designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this remarkable complex showcases the beauty of Catalan Modernisme through its restored pavilions, landscaped gardens, intricate mosaics, and stained glass. Guests will also learn about its innovative origins as a hospital designed to promote healing through architecture and natural light.

The experience concludes with an exterior visit to the Sagrada Família, followed by free time to enjoy lunch at leisure.

Montserrat Mountain, home to the peak of Sant Jeroni rising over 1,200 meters, is known for its unusual rock formations—earning nicknames like the Giant, the Cat, the Bell, and the Camel. Rich in diverse flora and fauna, it has long attracted nature lovers and outdoor adventurers. Since the 8th century, Montserrat has also been a deeply spiritual site, housing various religious monasteries. Its name, meaning “serrated mountain,” reflects the jagged, dramatic shape of its peaks.

A key spiritual landmark is the sanctuary of the Mare de Déu de Montserrat, which holds the revered statue of the Virgin of Montserrat—Catalonia’s patron saint. According to legend, the statue was discovered around the year 880. Today, the Benedictine Monastery and the sanctuary remain nestled among the mountain's towering crags, continuing to play a significant role in Catalonia’s cultural and religious identity.

The workshop is led by an expert chef and kitchen team, each group will be guided step by step through the cooking process to successfully prepare a variety of delicious Spanish cuisine.​ Blending traditional techniques with modern culinary trends, the workshop offers a hands-on and flavorful experience. At the end, participants will enjoy a sit-down meal featuring the tapas they’ve created.

This tour explores the historic Gothic Quarter, guiding you through charming narrow streets and landmarks such as the Cathedral of Saint Eulalia, Kings Square, and St. James Square. You will also enjoy a private visit to one of Barcelona’s modernist masterpieces, El Palau de la Música. Completed in 1908 and designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it serves as a cultural hub for lovers of music and Art Nouveau. The visit includes the foyer and grand staircase, the Luis Millet Room—an architectural tribute to nature—the Concert Auditorium, the second floor, and the Palau Organ.

The tour also includes a visit to the Picasso Museum, which highlights the deep connection between the legendary artist and the city. The museum’s permanent collection features over 3,800 works, with a strong focus on Picasso’s formative years and early artistic development.
